description
Features
Good release property: After contacting with a specific material, it can be easily separated under certain conditions, and there will be no residual glue or damage to the surface of the separated material, ensuring the cleanliness and integrity of the adhered surface.
High temperature resistance: Some release films can withstand higher temperatures, such as release films made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polyimide (PI), which can withstand temperatures up to 400°C and are suitable for high-temperature manufacturing processes.
Chemical corrosion resistance: It can resist the erosion of various chemical substances, such as acids and alkalis. In the process of contacting chemical reagents, it will not react chemically or be corroded, and its own performance will remain stable.
Good wear resistance: During use, even if it rubs against other objects, it is not easy to wear or scratch, and the surface can be kept smooth and flat for a long time to ensure the release effect.
High flatness: The surface has high flatness, without obvious bumps, wrinkles or defects, which can provide a good foundation for processes such as lamination or coating, and ensure the consistency of product quality.
Stable release force: According to different application requirements, products with different release forces such as light, medium and heavy can be provided, and the release force remains stable within a certain range, and there will be no sudden changes in the release force.
Strong processability: Products of various shapes, sizes and specifications can be made through various processing methods such as coating, die-cutting, and slitting to meet the diverse needs of different industries.
Application market
Electronic industry
Tape and protective film: Used in the production process of various tapes and protective films. After applying glue, covering the release film plays a role in protecting the glue surface to prevent the glue from being contaminated or sticking before use.
FPC manufacturing: In the production of flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs), it is used to cover the protective film to avoid adhesion and defects of the protective film during processing.
OCA optical glue: In the production, process film replacement and shipment protection of OCA optical glue, it is used as an isolation material to ensure the performance and surface quality of the optical glue.
MLCC production: In the casting process of chip multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), it is used as a material for carrying the clay layer to facilitate subsequent production processes.
Automotive industry
Automotive interior parts: In the production of automotive interior parts such as dashboards and seats, it is used to isolate different parts or protect the surface of parts to prevent scratches, adhesion and other problems during processing and assembly.
Automotive film: In the production and construction of automotive film, it is used as a protective film to protect the stickiness and integrity of the film surface and facilitate the laying of the film.
Medical industry
Medical tape: Used in the production of medical tape to provide temporary protection for the tape to ensure that the tape can maintain good stickiness and hygiene during use.
Wound dressing: In the production of wound dressing, it is used as an isolation layer to prevent the dressing from sticking during storage and use, which is convenient for medical staff to operate.
Packaging industry
Label printing: In the label printing process, it is used as a base material to provide support and release for the label, which is convenient for the die-cutting and labeling of the label.
Food packaging: Used for some sticky food packaging materials, such as self-adhesive cling film, to prevent the packaging materials from sticking together when not in use.
Composite materials industry
Carbon fiber composite materials: In the production of carbon fiber products, it is used to isolate the mold and the composite material, which is convenient for demoulding and ensures the surface quality of the product.
Glass fiber composite materials: In the manufacturing process of composite materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastics, it plays an isolation and protection role, so that the composite material and the mold can be separated smoothly.
Other industries
Printing industry: In hot stamping, thermal transfer and other processes, it is used as a transfer carrier or isolation material to ensure the transfer effect and clarity of the pattern.
Construction industry: Used in the production and construction of materials such as building sealants and waterproof membranes, it plays an isolation and protection role to prevent the material from sticking or being contaminated before use.
