Common materials: PEVA, PU, polyester taffeta, pongee, non-woven fabrics, etc.
Main types
PEVA rubber tape: developed to improve the flatness of the seamless heat-sealed edges, and the appearance can be customized.
Polyester taffeta tape and pongee tape: both are made of fabric base, and after the fabric is post-processed and coated, they are rolled with low-temperature hot-melt adhesive film.
Cotton paper double-sided tape: imported non-woven fabric material, with odorless and easily degradable glue.
Features
Good sealing: can effectively prevent the penetration of liquids such as germs, water, blood, alcohol, and dust particles, and ensure the protective performance of protective clothing.

Suitable temperature resistance: It has good low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature stability, and can maintain stable performance at different ambient temperatures. For example, the melting point of some tapes is 80 degrees, and the recommended processing temperature is 260-350 degrees.

Uses
Sealed seams: Used for sealing all needle and thread seams of protective clothing, such as medical protective clothing, chemical protective clothing, isolation clothing, etc., to ensure that germs and harmful substances cannot invade from the seams.
Reinforcement and repair: Weak parts or slightly damaged parts on protective clothing can be reinforced and repaired to extend the service life of protective clothing, such as adhesive reinforcement on the cuffs, collars, zippers and other parts of protective clothing that are prone to wear.
Auxiliary fixation: Double-sided tape with cotton paper on the placket of protective clothing can play the role of fixing the placket, making the protective clothing more neat and sealed.
