Structure and Materials
Base material: Generally based on high-strength polyester fiber cloth or cotton fiber cloth, it has good flexibility, tension resistance and certain air permeability, providing good physical support for the tape.
Conductive coating: On the fiber cloth substrate, metal nickel, copper and anti-oxidation nickel metal are usually plated in sequence through electroplating and other processes. The combination of copper and nickel provides excellent conductivity and good electromagnetic shielding effect. Some also use carbon plating, gold plating and other processes to form conductive cloth with different performance characteristics.
Adhesive: Commonly used highly conductive pressure-sensitive adhesives, such as conductive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives, can ensure that the tape is firmly attached to various surfaces while providing good conductivity. There are also cases where ordinary acrylic adhesives or hot melt adhesives are used, mainly to make the conductive cloth have good adhesion.
Features
