The soft aluminium of the 3M 363 Foil Tape has a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive, allowing the tape to adhere well to silicone and uneven surfaces. This enables it to bond to a variety of different surfaces, including woods, metals and plastics. The addition of cloth tape to the foil backing provides high tensile strength, puncture and tear resistance. The 3M 363 tape is heat reflective and also resists flames, moisture, weather and UV light degradation.
