Custom Die Cut Kapton Tape

Our custom die cut Kapton tape is manufactured from heat-resistant polyimide film coated with pressure-sensitive silicone or acrylic adhesive. It provides excellent electrical insulation, dimensional stability and clean removal under high-temperature working conditions.

The tape can be die cut into circles, rings, washers, frames, strips, gaskets and complex irregular shapes according to customer drawings or samples. It is suitable for electronics, batteries, motors, transformers, PCB production and industrial high-temperature masking.

Temperature Resistance

Depending on the adhesive system and application conditions, our polyimide tape can generally withstand:

• Continuous operating temperatures up to approximately 200–260°C

• Short-term high-temperature processing above 260°C for selected materials

The exact temperature performance should be confirmed according to exposure time, pressure, surface material and application process.
